2. Nature of Services

All services:

Are intangible and digital
Delivered electronically
Do not involve any physical goods

👉 No shipping, no inventory, no fulfillment delays.

3. Scope of Services

The Company provides:

Bookkeeping (monthly financial records)
Tax preparation and filing
Payroll support
Financial consulting

Services are limited to information provided by the Client.

4. Service Delivery & SLA

Onboarding: 1–3 business days
Ongoing services: monthly cycle

Delivery is considered completed when:

Reports are delivered, OR
Work is made available to the client

5. Billing and Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Structure

Services are offered as:

One-time services, OR
Recurring subscription plans

5.2 Subscription Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
Billing continues automatically unless canceled

5.3 Customer Authorization

By completing a purchase, you:

Authorize the Company to charge your payment method
Confirm understanding of recurring billing (if applicable)

5.4 Payment Timing

👉 Customer is charged before service delivery begins

5.5 Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

Services may be paused

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation applies to next billing cycle only
No retroactive cancellations

7. Refund Policy (ANTI-CHARGEBACK VERSION)

Refunds are not guaranteed once work has started
Refund requests are reviewed individually

Refunds may be issued only if:

No work has been performed, OR
Service has not been delivered

👉 Chargebacks without prior contact may be considered abuse.

8. Acceptance of Services (CRITICAL)

👉 Services are deemed accepted unless:

A written dispute is submitted within 3 business days of delivery.

After this period:

Services are considered fully delivered
No disputes will be accepted

9. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

Provide accurate and complete data
Respond to requests in a timely manner
Maintain lawful business activity

The Company is not responsible for:

Errors caused by incorrect data
Delays caused by the Client

10. No Guarantee of Results

The Company does not guarantee:

Specific tax outcomes
Financial performance
Regulatory approvals

Results depend on external factors.

11. Limitation of Liability

Total liability is limited to:

Loss of profits

Business interruption
Indirect damages

12. Fraud & Abuse Policy

Refuse service
Suspend accounts
Block transactions

In cases of:

Fraud

13. Chargeback Prevention Policy

Contact support before initiating a chargeback
Attempt to resolve disputes directly
